Return and Refund Policy
1. All products sold on the Bee One website are non-returnable due to our strict quality and hygiene norms. 2. In case the product you have received is defective, you need to contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the order, after which a thorough investigation will be done to see whether the claims made by the customers are true or not. 3. If the claims made are true, the customer will receive a new replacement piece, free of cost. 4. Shah Overseas is not liable for any transportation damage to the goods, any if-then internal contents of the goods are not spoilt and are in brand new condition, we do not recognise that as a defective piece. Please keep in mind that small dents and scratches can sometimes occur even when we take all protective measure to make your products reach to as quickly and safely as possible.
